I ordered a new board because the old one went bad. After installing the new one it wouldn't power on so I had another one sent assuming the board was DOA but now this one is doing the same thing.

New mobo will not power on! I have tried all variations of pins using a jumper because I thought the switch might have gone bad but still no signs of life.

I checked/tested power supply. It is good. But I cannot for the life of me get this thing to come to life.

PC info: Gateway 556Ge
Board info: E210882

I wonder if there is a step I am missing. Anyone got any ideas?

That is the AG91510J.15A board known as the Intel Augsburg D915GAG board.

Please test the board/CPU/power supply outside the casing and see if you get any beeps.

Can you please reply with the AA or PBA xxxxxx-xxx part number (should be on there somewhere) and the S-spec code from the CPU you are using? To verify your revision can run the CPU you are using.
