Why do you need to know that? It is a board specially made for Compaq/HP, most likely by FIC and there's no known retail equivalent.

Likely there will be a decal on top of a small chip, about 3/4 inches square.. noting either Award Bios, Phoenix Bios, or Compaq Bios.. maybe even AMI Bios. The chip could be surface-soldered to the mobo, or in a square socket.
Don't attempt to remove the BIOS chip from a socket, unless you have the special extracting tool!

With the I/O ports facing you, in the upper right corner in a brown square plastic holder.

Digging through looking for information, and filling in the blanks where I can.

The board is made by FIC (First International Computer), for Compaq/HP. There is still no known retail equivalent though.

The codename is SKYHAWK.
SKYHAWK-L simply means it is equipped with LAN, as near as I can tell.
