I use a combination of Mozilla, and CrazyBrowser, which is an addon to IE, which has built in popup blocking and other things, I did use the freeware version (ads) of Opera for a while, but ads drive me bonkers, so I went back to Crazy & Mozilla, I use the Crazy Browser, as I also use a small freeware program called SurfSecret which deletes Temp Files, Temp. Net files, and some custom directories, as well as erasing drop down address links etc. at specified times (hourly, three hourly etc.) or whenever you click on it to do so.

myIE2

Postby Kooshball » Sat Feb 07, 2004 2:36 am

You guys should really look for MyIE2

its an extension shell for your IE. Which is great
its got tabbed browsing, ad-blocker, and can delete cookies, history, temp files after each use (or you can set your own timing for it)
it also keeps your IE options and favorites.
the best part is that its free. Sorry, dont have a link
but do a search for it in Google.
I think I got it from techtv.com

I'm writing this from Firefox 8.0. Been using it about a week. Tabbed browsing, pop-up killer, cookie control, fast, stable, free. At the moment it's my default browser all around.

Well, firefox just crashed when I opened up a big .pdf file on some website.

But I think it has more to do with my crappy computer than mozilla. :D
