Acually, I for one, love the Sobe products. The reason I started drinking them is because of High School athletics. Being a diabetic, I would have a low blood sugar in the middle of practice or a game, and this would not benifit any one as I would have to sit out until I got it back up to normal (or higher than normal, which also isnt good, becuase I get headaches). Nothing seemed to help or keep my blood sugar high enough. Then one day, my mom picked up some Sobe just for the heck of it, I drank half of it before practice and it kept me going through most of the time. Next practice, at water break, I drank the other half and I was fine the whole practice. By the way, it was football practice which was 3 hours and wrestling which was 3-4 hours long.

Postby triniphen » Tue May 20, 2003 3:16 pm

I positively love Dr. Slice but can't find it anywhere anymore. It tastes like strawberry Dr Pepper. I haven't been able to have caffeine in a while, but when I do drink it I usually prefer some variant of Coke now. Vanilla Coke's my favorite at the moment.

A single Jolt cola is about the equivalent of a Pot of coffee (I have a cup that can hold an entir pot too) (fill this with Jolt and you'll be bouncing up n' down in your chair...
