well many many people recommend amd including me. I had a Amd 900mhz and it lasted me for so long and was really cheap. also when i upgrade it will be an amd because of the face that they are so much cheaper. The only reason u dont like it that they dont put the mega hertz with the name is because intel was the company that started it and u are used to it. eventually u will be used to the 2000+ crap.

i have a few of each and ive always liked my intel rigs better although more costly. but the new AMD 64 will have me jumping ship soon. :D

Lol evasive. That's what I did right when I got XP. I don't like all this new junk with the huge start bar or the kwazy kwazy new looks. My OS looks almost exactly like it did when I had 98.
