.NET passport pop up

Postby greytrains » Fri Mar 18, 2005 4:11 am

When I click on the link to go to this thread http://www.motherboards.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=70289 I get a popup asking me to "Add a .NET Passport to your Windows XP User Account." Is this normal?

Me too 8O 8O 8O

This is NOT normal!

It might be something to do with the Avatar file link.

Pasting this into an empty browser window will cause a .NET Passport login to popup.

Having tracked all the posts made by wowitfoth:

It does seem to be a profile issue since I get the same popup on all of the posts.

(Why did I not notice before!?!)

I think this is something new that wowitfoth added to his profile

That is correct although I didn't get any pop ups. That's a scary sig, should we be concerned about it?

I deleted the avatar. I did not get a popup though before I deleted it.
