Forum clock

The forum clock says 3:08pm and my atomic clock says 2:20pm. I can understand the hour difference.... Need to adjust my GMT but I don't understand the minute difference being so great. Who sets this time? Is it the server's computer clock?

Based on the server time. If the server clock is a little out of whack then the forum "time" will be as well.

I think that the forum clock is fine and we need to reset that atomic clocks. (maybe send an email to Greenwich too)
