any one else have this problem. using the latest pr 14-3 version

never tried this program? What is it? And does it tell you why?

Remove the IP addy of this site from the block list. Peer guardian runs as a firewall so to speak to block certain IP addy from accessing your site

most commonly used (afaik) in sync with p2p programs to block the user from accessing certain IP's that could/would want to catch you downloading warez/mp3'z/etc. :roll:

it could be that the program is set to block one of the servers serving an ad on the site?
