DFI is the new ABIT in overclocking. I remember back in the socket A and 478 days when ABIT held 7 of the top 10 3DMark scores. Numbers 1, 2, and 3 were in there.

Great job to DFI then!!!

I think they also owe it to that engineer from Abit who transferred to DFI. (forgot his name though)

Yep, I remember hearing about that. From the look of the newer ABIT boards compared to the new DFI boards, it looks like he took all my favorite traits with him. I might become a DFI user next build...

Yeah, even though I like ASUS, there is no chance my board can touch an SLI-DR or Ultra-D. I am really contemplating selling my board and replacing it with an Ultra-D.

but when it comes to "elite" OC'ing, Asus is second-class. :wink:

I enjoy Asus myself. They make some solid products ranging from laptops, mobos, cases, to vid cards. I'm just not gonna endorse them when it comes to OCing. 8)
