In a word no.Slight variance, Not being the complete expert, does it matter?
Very slight variances are to be expected in FSB/CPU speed and Vcore voltage at default settings.
There should be no variance at all in multiplier unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the multiplier.
There should be no major variance in FSB/CPU speed unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the FSB and/or multiplier.
There should be no major variance in Vcore voltage unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the Vcore voltage.
Manual adjustment of CPU configuration parameters is generally used when overclocking.
