should make this a sticky. very useful, get a lot of people not knowing what fsb to run their CPU at.

I went into my bios and checked I had similar settings, I did except a few littel exceptions, though the mobo auto detects that I have a 2700+.

Slight variance, Not being the complete expert, does it matter?

In a word no.

Very slight variances are to be expected in FSB/CPU speed and Vcore voltage at default settings.

There should be no variance at all in multiplier unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the multiplier.

There should be no major variance in FSB/CPU speed unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the FSB and/or multiplier.

There should be no major variance in Vcore voltage unless the CPU is wrongly configured or the user has manually adjusted the Vcore voltage.

Manual adjustment of CPU configuration parameters is generally used when overclocking.

download Sisandra Software.. it should tell you which make it is... ( TBRED A, B etc )

Had one Athlon spec sheet in french, but it was more complicated...
I have been programming on computers since the ZX81.
I am an apprentice trained Electronics Engineer with qualifications to back it up.
I have been repairing computers since 1996.
