Someone I know had Excede email and had an extensive contacts list and wants to export that list into gmail. According to what I read Excede does not provide support for gmail? Any way of exporting this contact list ???

Thanks

I think the best place to ask is the Excede helpdesk and give them a reason like you want a backup of your contacts to import on your smartphone, whatever other reason you can think of.

I see the poster in there has troubles handling the export.

.tgz can be unpacked with 7zip. if there is a .tar inside, unpack that too with 7zip. After that I hope there is some sort of text file inside that we can work with.

@ Darin: thanks for sharing this info.
