Have not tried it, but some Web links mention this.. http://www.bluestacks.com/
Have also seen Web links that note Win 10 may have a built-in Android apps feature?

Is there any way of run androids apps in windows? - Android Emulator is the thing you are looking for. BlueStacks and YouWave are the most popular. Also there is an official android emulator but that is more as per a developer point of view. For more details you may want to have a look at [it].
