I find it odd that Gigabyte would use an X in the name of this card instead of an E there by fueling the incorrect use of X instead of the correct term express. As we all know (i hope) PCI X is something completely different.

Well keeping track of all non-clementure in this industry is impossible for anyone including the manufacturers.
