Regarding the video, I don't think that the BIOS setting for PCI or AGP makes much difference if you have only one video card. I have had many intel chips and oddly I have never overclocked any of them except for a P100 to 120 about a month ago. Basicly I want to cool my north bridge and cpu to near ambiant temps at idle and noise is no issue. I just want to know what are the best items out there to cool my P4 down. I would...

I read it. what I said was to try putting a PCI card in it and flip it to use the agp port, save config then put your agp card back in. some boards are set to initially look for a pci video card, and will NOT display on agp until the bios is changed no there is no beeps either its so weird it powers...

if the voltage to the proc goes low and the temp goes up.... that doesnt make sense at all. it has to be a false reading.... imo it might beable to trip like that if the power dips down for a breif second, pending on how the temp chip reads the thermodevice. this would also explain the voltage warning
