Overclocking a 128 MB Radeon 8500 LE

Well i have found out that the 64 mb radeon 8500 has a faster gpu ( 275 )
then the 128 mb version ( 250 ). If i get the Radeon 8500 128 mb LE can i just overclock the gpu to 275? Would there be any major risk?

Win XP pro is great, stable and boots fast. Linux is just so much better if you know how to use it ( which i dont ). For a server there is no competition you would go linux. Win 98 SE is good for gaming, but win xp is too. I run win xp pro right now and i like it alot.

I personally do not use linux however I know alot of people who do. Red Hat linux 7.3 just came out and it is good. I have heard Mandrake Linux is the easiest to use. I havent tryed SuSe. Well hope this helps a bit. Maybe you should try linuxiso.org for info .

I have heard linux is great for a server or and advanced compute user who can take advantage of all of its power. However I prefer Windoes XP Professional. It is faster than windows 2000 professional. I have also heard that linux is good for hacking.
