This board had an eerie familiar look... I think I ever owned one, a Freetech 486F23. http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/freetech/F23.pdf That is very similar. There are a few differences... like the missing QFP CPU on mine. :) Almost all of the jumpers are the same, so I should be able to figure out how...

Here are a couple pics. The first is the whole top side of the board. The second is a close up of the cache area. The serial number sticker has completely faded with time. And I know, I need to remove the leaking batter soon than later...
