Re: Computer diede
A normal person wouldn't be so embarrassed by such a silly mistake, but I have been in electronics since 1956 when I got my first Ham License at the age of 14. I have been essentially a troubleshooter in various times since then. I am now 74 and after all that time you would think that I would look ...

Re: Computer diede
Hi Karlsweldt, while I'm waiting for the replacement to arrive, I'll reinstall my old 750. What can I do to make other diagnostic efforts? I'll assume you are right about my old PSU and go fro there. Could it be my motherboard or CPU? Thanks, Jim

Re: Computer diede
Well, my new PSU arrived today. It was DOA. It only had one output voltage the+5VSB. Very disappointing. :( They're going to ship one right out, but they want me to pay the return postage on the bad unit. I should have returned it to NewEgg. They probably would ave paid the freight. Corsair also had...

Re: Computer diede
Hi Karlsweldt, I was not serious about [email protected], I have temperature limits (CoreTemp) that I am using and they haven't tripped yet. But at full tilt, the CPU runs close to 100%. Hi rascard2007, I relied heavily on my Power Supply tester. The 3.3vdc CPU voltage LED wasn't lighting up. I won't have access ...
