FBI Virus Locks Up Computer

Went to a website and clicked on something within it and an FBI page opened up locking up this PC. I tried everything but can't get into Windows. I saw on the news that this is a virus of some type? How does a person get rid of this if they can't get into Windows?

Thanks.........

Between AVG and Malwarebytes, there isn't much more you can do to be safe online. Well, after using Zone Alarm (free) for a few...

This concerns my XP Pro SP3 lappy running Zone Alarm 2013 (free). In the past I ran an older version of Zone Alarm (free) but then switched to MS firewall. Then after a long time I recently started using Zone Alarm 2013 (free). I am getting annoying zone alarm pop-up warnings at the System Tray one ...

WWII a horrible war for sure as most wars are. True in a way that there are no real winners as all to many innocent folks are caught up in it on both sides. The bottom line is the Japs started it and the United States finished it. So let that be a hard lesson learned.

No, its just the technology, like the old magnetic tape, just a slightly different way of doing things... SSDs has changed the way, but even then data is retained on the chips... And it is written over, but can leave enough of an image to see what is on the drive or chip - it is expensive and time ...
