Big problem with that solution is that I live in an apartment so I can't have another jack put in or anything. set up a wireless network. wireless router are availible for cable modems as sabre said you need two way communication to access the internet. wireless TV only operates one way Yea this is what I have going now, a wireless router plugged in into my modem. Have had it like this for about six months....

I've seen wireless devices at stores before that can transmit a cable signal wirelessly to a receiver. They always list on the packaging it is for transferring cable television to wherever you need it. Can this work also for the internet signal and has anyone tried it? Allright I'm about to order some parts for a new machine but I have a couple hang-ups about it. What is the absolute lowest power supply do you think could run a 2.8Cghz Pentium 4, ATI 9800 Pro, CD Writer, DVD Drive, WD 80gb HDD?
I have a 300W supply, completely broke and buying a new one is NOT an option.
