Wellsir ... since the amd rig would not go into the bios I suspected the P/S even though I got some power where the screen would come on and I see the blinking cursor. So I used a spare p/s I have and now I am back in business. 8)

Wellsir ... I finally got this BSOD problem solved. It was definitely the third party drivers. First for some reason Comodo and this new processor and mobo didn't get along. Its drivers were causing a problem, so I had to uninstall it completely with a AV removal tool. I install AVG to replace it. ...

I'm not using the TP Link wifi adapter anymore. I have the pci card now. Windows 7 had a driver for it. I uninstalled the chipset and reinstalled it. That didn't help. I found an old driver booster program I forgot about installed and tried it. That didn't work either. The computer was running slow...

The AMD chipset drivers may be part of the problem. I went to the website to get the latest drivers for the chipset. There were some hotfixes that had to be installed first. I did. I didn't uninstall the old drivers. The program for the new drivers saw them and I am guessing it over wrote them. Yet...

According to my adapter it is V1 but there isn't a driver for V1 yet the adapter will not work without the driver that was on the disk that came with it.
