Can you give us some more information? What is your set up? (memory, CPU, ect...) This could be caused by a virus, a corrupted driver, or bad hardware. Can you get to safe mode?

Yep. Three wires, in this order: Ground, +12V, Sens. "Sens" is for the BIOS/programs to see how fast the fan is rotating. The 4th wire is to control speed, which it doesn't have. Actually you don't need a forth wire to control speed. The board will just reduce the voltage going to the fan.

Most email programs can be set up to do that. I use Thunderbird for an email program and it has that option. I believe that outlook can do the same thing. The only problem is that the receiver of the email can stop any out going message that would tell you that.

Can you please give us some more information about your computer? It will be easier to help you if we know what you are working with.

Can you enter "Safe Mode"? If so enter safe mode and run your anti-virus and then run diagnostics on your hard drive for possible problems.

That has a bulb that needs to be replaced once you... meet it!
...after you have been meeting it...
After that you will have another kind of meeting, in a place where light bulbs are not needed.
