XFX HD RADEON 6950 2GB Review

AMD is one of the top two video card companies in computers with offices all across the world. They were the first to market with a DirectX 11 card and are now on the second generation of DirectX 11 cards. They recently launched the Barts cards in the form of the HD 6870 and the HD 6850, which replaced the HD 5830 and HD 5770/5750 cards.

XFX has built video cards for years now with their first cards based upon NVIDIA chips, but with the launch of the GTX 480 and HD 5xxx series they have now become exclusive to ATI cards. With today’s launch of the HD 6970 and HD 6950, XFX has released versions of both cards. This review is on the HD 6950 card which should prove interesting as the card is priced at $319.99.
