The graphical user interface of the Razer software has a nice black and green color scheme that match the box the mouse came in with. It displays all the mouse buttons with their preselected function. You can change what each button does by clicking on the drop down menu next to each button. You can also change the function of the scroll wheel when scrolling up or down.
There have categorized five tabs that allow the user to fully customize this mobile gaming mouse. In the “Adjust Perfomance” tab, you can modify sensitivity between both X and Y sensitivities, enable acceleration, and change polling rate. For the “Manage Profiles” and “Manage Macros” tabs, you can alter not only the functions of the mouse but also for different scenarios. As mentioned earlier, there is 60KB of onboard memory where you can create profiles, name them accordingly, and save them onto your mouse for on the go. This is great for people that need to switch macros quickly within the same game or different games.
And lastly, they have a “Lighting and Maintenance” tab that allows the user to change the lighting of the mouse and update the current firmware on the device. You can also restore all default settings to the mouse as well. The lighting on the mouse isn’t too bright or big, so I think manually turning them off to increase battery life is not necessary. However, you will still be able to save some battery life if you choose to turn off the lights.
