NVIDIA GTS 450 SLI Reference Review

This is a review of the reference design for the GeForce GTS 450 cards in single and SLI modes. The cards are squarely targeted at the $150 price point against the HD 5750 and HD 5770. At this price point the performance is higher. NVIDIA has features that AMD does not have including support for PhysX and 3D Vision, which are, added bonuses. If you are in the market for a video card within this price range this is a good purchase at this time. Of course something else is coming down the pipeline, but you can always wait and something else is always coming. People wanting to take advantage of 3D Vision Surround gaming would buy two of these cards and have performance nearly equal to a GTX 460. The new drivers are an improvement over the previous Forceware drivers.  NVIDIA has finally released a competitive product in the $100-200 price range and with the launch of their mobile parts, it's quite clear they will also release parts for the more mainstream 50-100 price point in the near future.

NVIDIA has hit the budget gaming market with their new GTS 450 series of cards, lets see how the do in SLI!
