Assuming you have all four displays set up in the same aspect ratio and resolution, setup could not be easier. Simply plug in HDMI cables from the sources i.e. PS3, PC, Xbox 360, etc to the HDMI Out ports on the device then plug the displays into the HDMI In ports.
