No After Purchase Support

BAPCo on the whole is a hard company to locate and find phone numbers for and only John Peterson has an actual phone number that you can call. I have tried calling information in the city listed as their address to no avail. I have also sent emails to both John Peterson and all the emails addresses associated with BAPCo in an effort to get support and solve issues related to the SYSmark line of products.

John Peterson never answers his phone as two months of calling him have proved fruitless in making contact whatsoever, not to mention the unprofessionally constantly full message machine that will not ever allow new messages. This company owes more to the industry and those who support them, and are either willingly ignoring everyone, on permanent vacation or going out of business. Why else basically disappear out of contact.

Any person who has bought a SYSmark product and his having problems will be hard set to get any additional support other than the information given on their site. This information is dated, not valid and in many cases plainly not addressing issues that have arisen since the release of Vista and now Windows SP3. A company that has products that have issues that constantly need fixed, patched or a workaround to get them to run needs to be available to support their products. BAPCo has absolutely no support, which equates to a non-entity in my eyes. I pity the end-user and the technician having to deal with such a thing.
