Support comes in many forms with Epox. They have Web sites in five countries, and toll-free numbers that can be used to contact them. The average RMA time has a fourteen day turnaround from arrival at their location. You can call ahead and get an RMA number and make arrangements for a shorter turnaround time. I was also told to look out for a revamped, new-look Web site. They have a good support staff, and you will find them more than willing to satisfy your needs.
