Introduction


A lot of people find themselves pulling their hair out trying to save and transfer their email when buying or building a new system. With this easy method we hope to eliminate the headache usually associated with this task. There are only a few short steps to backing up and restoring your email, and they are very easily done.

The first thing you do is back up your application data, located in the Windows directory, onto a CD or other media you may have handy. Backup the folder C:WINDOWSApplication Data to any of your media.
