Characters

Alexander Nesterov is, as stated before, a Russian Meteorologist with a unique ability to travel back to the past events of a frozen sailor. When activated, Alexander can help these poor souls and maybe even possible save their lives. Unfortunately he is surrounded on the ship by dead crewmen who have been transformed into a couple different creatures.

One such character is the Jailer, who apparently has lost his face. In place of this is a small prison cell. If you pay attention, and are not freaked out by his arrival, or the rush of the game, the face actually glows with a freaky light, it is kind of a neat visual affect. The Servant is also seen periodically thru out the entire game.

The Servant apparently betrayed the entire crewman for his own benefit ...He can open any locked door in the game. The character has metal straps on the shoulder a weird steel mask, looks like Snake Eyes from GI JOE..GO JOE!!! The Servant uses only audio cues as he has had his eyes replaced with two nails. For a weapon he appears to have metal claws on both hands ala Freddy from Nightmare on Elm Street.

Another unique character is the Guard. The Guard has a face that looks like a wax dummy. The face seems to slide off the front of this gruesome character. While not overly fast or quick to react, the Guard is very proficient with a rifle. The best way to attack this guy is to get up close and personal and show him what's up. This is due mainly to the time it takes for the Guard to reload his massive weapon. Of course there are other bit characters that I call zombies as that's what they remind me of. These buggers move quickly and attack in waves at times. They are normally easily beaten down but some seem to be like the Energizer Bunny, never giving up until they have killed you or in some cases punctured your raft...
