Earlier today we took a look at AMD's Radeon HD 5970 graphics card. Comprised of two HD 5800-class GPUs on one board, its buttery-smooth performance at a 2,560x1,600 resolution made it, easily, the fastest gaming card on the planet.
But what if that's not enough? How about hooking two of them up for perverse performance. We've done just that and compared them the creme de la creme of the graphics world.
Get ready for mind-numbing numbers as we take a look at the very best PC graphics hardware has to offer.

I found the headset very comfortable when wearing it compared to a pair that I had bought at Wal-Mart which weren’t so comfy after an hour or more. I wouldn’t say that they are noise canceling, but they do block out more sound from the ones I had bought and any cheap ear phones. . .

"Today I’ve got a brief review for you of another product from Speck, it’s called the TwoZip and it’s made to be a case for carrying you 2.5” hard drive around, but it can be used for anything really. The TwoZip gets it’s name because it has two zippers on it for the two compartments, one large one for the hard drive and one for the cable basically. It’s nicely made of durable cloth, with two compartments that are slightly padded and lined with a soft material, and it features heavy duty zippers as well. So read on to learn more about a useful little product from Speck…"

"The first thing noticable is that netbooks are about 20% less reliable than entry-level laptops. Those laptops are 10% more unreliable than more expensive models.
The diagram compares several manufacturers to one another. At a 25,6% failure rate, the test does not favor HP notebooks, whereas ASUS and Toshiba appear to produce the most reliable laptops."

"The Radeon HD 5970 fully supports DX11 and ATI Eyefinity multi-display technology, which are two features that NVIDIA can't offer on any of their graphics cards. Those are two key features that have been driving video card sales for months and with more and more DirectX 11 title games coming out it would be safe to assume that more gamers will be making the move to AMD based graphics cards. Radeon HD 5970 is also very overclockable. This is partly due to the Overvolt tool as you can get even more performance out of this card. The ATI Radeon HD 5970 graphics card is in a league of its own and is clearly king of the hill. O Fermi, Fermi, wherefore art thou Fermi? NVIDIA better hope that their GT300 Fermi series of video cards pack a mean punch because they are going to need all the help they can get..."

"The GeForce GT 240 is NVIDIA’s latest performance-class GPU that enables the mainstream PC to become vastly more functional and enjoyable. Compared to PCs using integrated graphics that struggle with today’s increasingly graphical and GPU-computing workloads, systems outfitted with GT 240 offer great general gaming performance, Power Gaming (PhysX acceleration + 3D Vision), and GPU Computing at under $99. With the addition of a GeForce GT240, a PC can also provide smooth HD video playback from Bluray, DivX, and Flash 10.1 sources, while also facilitating seamless HD video creation and editing. The concept of Power Gaming is more than just high performance graphics. Gamers using a GeForce GT 240 can enjoy the latest games with PhysX and 3D Vision for a truly immersive gaming experience..."

Today NVIDIA launches their first GDDR5 graphics card. The new GeForce GT 240 is based on NVIDIA's brand-new 40 nm G215 graphics processor and features 96 shaders. It also includes several new features like support for DirectX 10.1, HDMI audio enhancements and extremely low power draw. But is that enough to justify a price of $100 ?
